August 3, 2008 - Update - Back up!

Hello, the camera's are not working this morning - the sound engineers are looking into it. The webcast computer also is not able to communicate with the network, I am looking to that. When the webcast is going, it will likely be audio only this morning.

Both problems have been resolved.

Cameras

Due to the construction related to the new organ in the sanctuary, we are only operating one camera.

7-20-08 webcast

It appears that the SermonAudio servers are offline currently. Unfortunately this is out of our hands, but they are very reposnsive and I am sure they will be up soon. Keep checking back.

Update - it seems that only portions of the internet are able to see SermonAudio, whike other can access it fine. The webcast is running, so if you are able to get to SermonAudio.com you can participate.

The church's internet connection is down this morning and I am working remotely to troubleshoot it. I will update this page when we get it running.

Update: it appears that the router has gone bad, and the webcasting of the morning and evening services will be unavailable today. I am recording the services to post later as usual.

This will also effect the church's email, so please be aware that any email you have sent to the church may be delayed.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

11/4/07 - Website down

Hello all,

The Tenth website is down this morning due to an issue that arose at the hosting company during a scheduled outage. They expected it to be back up by now, so hopefully it is coming back soon. In the mean time you can always access the webcast directly from SermonAudio, or via the icon at the top-right of this page.

Also, we had some memory go bad in our webcasting server, and that is causing the video to occasionally get out sync with the audio. The memory is on order, and we hope to have that resolved soon. In the meantime we have reduced the resolution of the video to reduce the workload on the machine so that this can be avoided.

Finally, due to the sensitive nature of of the reports given by the speakers during the Global Partner Greeting, we will blank out that portion of the service.

Higher quality video test this weekend

Our webcast provider (SermonAudio) has asked us to test their increased bandwidth service this weekend. So, if you have a broadband connection you should see a much better picture during our live webcasts. This will really bring out the quality of our new camera!
